Service Description
Need steady support—without turning it into a full-time job? This is a 3-month, bi-weekly plan that gives you structure without overwhelm: regular check-ins, honest feedback, and someone actually keeping track with you. What’s included: ✅ 6 Bi-Weekly Check-Ins (15 minutes each) - Quick virtual sessions (Google Meet) to help you stay grounded, stay focused, or just talk things through. ✅ 6 Bi-Weekly Accountability Emails - One honest email from me between each session, with one response if you need to follow up. Stay Connected - Between sessions, you’ll get straightforward, down-to-earth feedback to keep you moving—without constant check-ins or pressure to perform. Can’t find a time that works, or booking from outside the U.S.? Cancellation Policy
🔄 Rescheduling: Life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance by logging in to www.sheilahammond.com. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are non-refundable. ❌ Cancellations: Refunds are not available, but if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you’re welcome to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. 🚫 No-Shows: If you don’t show up for your scheduled session, it is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
