Service Description
Want support—just not every week? This one moves slower, but still shows up. This 3-month plan is for when you need consistency without urgency. One check-in a month, plus one email in between—enough structure to stay connected, without making it a whole thing. What’s included: ✅ 3 Monthly Check-Ins (30 minutes each) - Longer virtual sessions (Google Meet) so we have time to reflect, regroup, and talk through what’s working—and what’s not—without rushing. ✅ 3 Monthly Accountability Emails - A short check-in from me between sessions, with one reply if you want to respond or ask something in between. This is support that respects your time. No fluff, no guilt-tripping. Just a steady presence to help you keep going. Can’t find a time that works or booking from outside the U.S.? Cancellation Policy
🔄 Rescheduling: Life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance by logging in to www.sheilahammond.com. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are non-refundable. ❌ Cancellations: Refunds are not available, but if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you’re welcome to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. 🚫 No-Shows: If you don’t show up for your scheduled session, it is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
