Service Description
Need regular support to stay on track? This 3-month package offers weekly check-ins—both virtually and via email—along with encouragement and accountability every step of the way. I’m here for you—to listen, support, and help you keep making progress. 📌 Before You Start: If we haven’t talked yet, I recommend booking a free 15-minute consult first. That way, we can figure out what kind of support makes sense for you before your first session: https://calendly.com/sheilahammond/free What’s Included: ✅ 12 Weekly Check-Ins (15 Minutes Each) – Focused Google Meet sessions to help you stay on top of your progress—or just have a space to talk things through. ✅ 12 Weekly Accountability Emails – Practical, down-to-earth support with one response per email to keep you feeling supported and on track. How It Works: 📌 Start with Your First Session – This first meeting is where we set the foundation. We’ll talk about your goals, what kind of support you need, and how we’ll structure your check-ins moving forward. 📌 Set Your Schedule – Plan your weekly check-ins in advance for consistency. You’ll receive access to a private scheduling link to book the rest of your sessions. 📌 Stay Connected – Whether it's progress updates, venting, or brainstorming ideas, this space is yours. 📌 Support That Feels Like a Friend – No judgment, just real talk and encouragement to help you keep going. Who This Is For: ✔️ You like having regular check-ins to feel grounded and supported. ✔️ You’re working on personal, career, or creative goals and want steady progress. ✔️ You just need a space to talk and reflect with someone who gets it. Important: Weekly sessions are meant to be used weekly—they don’t carry over or extend beyond the 3-month timeframe unless we discuss it in advance. If you need to reschedule, please do so through your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll receive a private scheduling link to book your remaining 11 sessions after this first meeting. 📌 Can’t find a time that works, or booking from outside the U.S.? Cancellation Policy
🔄 Rescheduling: Life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email. Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are non-refundable. ❌ Cancellations: Refunds are not available, but if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you’re welcome to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. 🚫 No-Shows: If you don’t show up for your scheduled session, it is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
