If writing’s how you untangle things, this is a way to get honest, personalized feedback—on your time, without a live call. Here’s how it works: 📌 Book your session – Pick a date to receive your Google Doc link. That’s when I’ll send it—no call, no calendar juggling. 📌 Write it out – Once you get the doc, put whatever’s on your mind into words. Thoughts, questions, stuff you’re trying to work through—say what you need to say. 📌 I’ll respond – You’ll get my honest take. No fluff, no dodging, just clear, grounded feedback based on real experience. 📌 Ask one follow-up – If something’s unclear or you want to dig a little deeper, you get one round to ask more. I’ll send a final response and we’ll call it wrapped. ⚠️ Just to be clear: I’m not a therapist and I'm not a coach. This isn’t a journaling prompt with a smiley face.
